• Is the jewellery made completely of sterling silver?
Yes every piece is made 100% with high quality sterling silver.
• Do you offer gold plating?
Yes all items can be 18CT Gold Plated at an extra cost. Please select from the drop down option on product page for price. If you’d like different plating or higher CT plating then please contact me for prices.
• I like one of the designs on the website but would like it altered, Can you change and customise designs?
Yes, as I handcraft all items I can make alterations to make the design one off and completely unique to you. Please contact me to discuss.
• I’m not sure what size ring I need, how can I find out?
All rings are adjustable and will fit UK ring size J-T unless stated differently in the item description. If you are buying for a present and can’t find out the exact size then don’t worry, If it’s not suitable you can send back for a refund.
If you don’t know your ring size and you’d like to check then please select ‘Request a ring sizer’ in the drop down options menu when placing your order. I will then post you a FREE sizing gauge in the post. All you have to do is follow the instructions and then message with your required size. Soon as I’ve received your size requirement I can make the ring and post it to you.
• How does the convertible jewellery work?
To change your jewellery into another piece it is very simple, CLICK HERE to watch a how to video which will explain each product.
• How do I keep my silver jewellery clean?
Your piece is 100% sterling silver, silver can naturally tarnish with time and wear, so to help keep it tarnish free for longer an anti tarnish tab and bag is inside every box so it's recommended to keep the piece in its original packaging. Also keep different metals away from each other to reduce excessive wear.
To restore the original brilliance of the silver use the silver polishing cloth which is included for FREE with every purchase, if this is not sufficient then use a silver dip solution making sure to read the manufactures instructions.
• How do I keep my gold plated jewellery clean?
Care should always be taken when cleaning gold plated jewellery to protect the layer of gold from being worn away or scratched. Although gold plated jewellery will not tarnish over time like silver, the gold appearance may slightly fade depending on wear and exposure to chemicals and cosmetics. To restore the original brilliance of the gold use the gold polishing cloth which is included for FREE with every purchase, if this is not sufficient then use a gold cleaner making sure to read the manufactures instructions.
All pieces can be re gold plated at a very small cost if needed.
• Do you custom make jewellery?
Yes! If you have an idea in mind for an extra special occasion then please get in touch.
• I've broken a piece of my jewellery, can you fix it?
If for whatever reason your piece becomes damaged please get in touch. All items can be repaired, polished, gold plated and brought back to life for a very small cost so you can enjoy your piece forever. You must pay for postage.
• I’ve got a gift voucher of greater value than the item I’d like to purchase, It won’t let me use it at checkout, why?
Don’t worry, all you need to do is send me an email with the total checkout value and your gift voucher code and value, I can then edit your gift voucher code for the exact value of your shopping cart. The remaining balance will then be transferred onto a new code for you to then use at a later date. It’s a security precaution for higher value codes.
• I’ve got multiple gift vouchers with different codes but I can only enter one code per transaction?
Not a problem, all I need to do is create one code for the total of your gift vouchers. Once you’ve decided what you'd like to buy just send me an email with the total checkout value and a list of the gift voucher codes and values. I will then add them together to create one code that can be used together. If you have any remaining balance left over it will be transferred onto a new code for you to then use at a later date.
