*Returns are now back to our normal 14 days UK, and 28 days International. Shipping delays are not counted in the return period due to coronavirus.

All orders placed between 23/03/20 and 16/07/20 the returns period has been extended to 40 days for UK orders and 60 days for International orders. Please follow the below policy. FREE UK RETURNS


I hope you are very happy with the goods and service you receive from Lucy Ashton Jewellery, however if you are not happy with your purchase then please follow the returns policy below.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

All items returned for a refund or exchange must be unworn and returned in it's original packaging unless the goods are faulty within *14 days.

You must notify Lucy Ashton in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange or return an item, please outline your reasons for doing so as this helps improve a better shopping experience and designs in the future of Lucy Ashton Jewellery.


Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed.

Return payment will be made as soon as the product has been received. Payment will be made directly to the account used to place the order. If you are wanting an exchange the product will be posted as soon as the returned product is received.

UK RETURNS

Returns are free for UK orders. Please contact Lucy Ashton jewellery to receive a prepaid returns label. The label must be attached to the front of the original packaging and dropped off at your local drop off point, You will be sent a list of drop off points when you have requested a return, please keep proof of postage. 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Return the unworn goods in the original packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. International return postage cost is the customers responsibility.


Custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Due to delivery times international returns are extended to 28 days to ensure it is delivered on time. 


DISCOUNTED ITEMS, SALE

If a refund is issued it will be for the discounted, sale price you paid for the item, if an exchange is issued, the item will be exchanged using the original price.


GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or vouchers.


COOLING OFF PERIOD

Cooling off period is 7 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period. This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from Lucy Ashton saying your order has been dispatched) and ends 7 days after the day following delivery of the goods.


CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before your items are despatched by emailing enquiries@lucyashton.com or call on 07545568404. You will need to give your name and address details, as well as your order number.


EXEMPTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS 

Personalised, custom made designs and altered products are non-returnable. This does not affect your statuary rights.
