*All orders are posted for free within 4 working days of order being accepted unless stated otherwise in the items description. This is a trackable service. If you need a rush order, please contact before you purchase to see if I can accommodate your request. This is a trackable service and can take 1-2 days for delivery. All orders over £100 will be sent next day delivery. Both services are delivered within 1 working day.

Please allow 5 to 14 working days for delivery. For all overseas countries our standard delivery service is sent by International Signed For post. Delivery times quoted are estimated depending on destination. Delays caused by customs are not included in the delivery times.


I aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after your order has been accepted.

All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

 I will use reasonable endeavors to have the goods delivered within the times indicated.  However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

I cannot be held liable for any missing packages if not reported within 14 days after dispatch (UK) or 28 days (international).

Please ensure that the correct postal delivery address is entered on the order as I cannot be held liable for any missing packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of my own.

You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods. If the goods are returned to me I will contact you before resending, a delivery fee will be charged to redeliver. 

Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. If there are any taxes to be paid you will be contacted to pay the bill before your item is released by customs.
