Every piece is gift wrapped ready to give as a gift or keep for yourself.
All major credit cards are accepted through stripe or payment through Paypal.com. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you have any issues with Paypal, please feel welcome to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment.

I ship all my items, domestic and internationally, Items will be shipped to the address listed in the checkout unless noted otherwise.
Individual discount codes can only be used once by the customer who has received the offer. Enter the code at checkout to apply discount. Only valid on new orders, no adjustments on prior purchases. Cannot be combined with any other discount offers or sale items. Only valid at lucyashton.com, not valid to use with stockist of Lucy Ashton Jewellery. All discount codes expire within a year of not being used unless otherwise stated. Only one code can be used at checkout. Discount codes can be removed at any time.
1.The Gift voucher can only be redeemed online at www.lucyashton.com 2.The maximum amount that can be added to a voucher is £500.00 3.Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency in which they are loaded. 4.Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or vouchers. 5.Any balance may be applied to future purchases. 6.The voucher will expire 12 months from date purchased. Any balance remaining will be reduced to nil and forfeited. 7.Gift voucher codes can't be used with any other discount codes. If you have a code you'd like to use please contact me beforehand to be issued with a new code. 8.If you are purchasing an item less than the value of the gift voucher you must contact me before hand for a new code for the exact value and then a code for the remaining total will be issued. 9. If you have multiple gift vouchers you must contact me before hand to be issued with one code for the total value.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

If for whatever reason your piece becomes damaged please get in touch. All items can be repaired, re polished and brought back to life for a very small cost so you can enjoy your piece forever.
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
There is a three to six week lead time on wholesale orders. An estimate will be given to you depending on the order. No order will be started until full payment has been made, once payment has cleared and contract has been signed the lead time for production will commence from that date.
Shipping is charged at cost and is calculated for each order placed. The buyer is responsible for the charges.
I do not supply to businesses who resell on Ebay or other auction style websites. I consider these an inappropriate platform for our products and view them in direct conflict with Independent high street stockists.
SIZES AND DESCRIPTIONS
All sizes are stated in the individual descriptions alongside each item and are approximate.
I have taken every care to ensure that the pictures and descriptions are representative of the product, but please be aware that all Lucy Ashton Jewellery is handmade and minor variations are inevitable.
Items will be packed in black boxes with my name and logo.
Items will be packed in anti-tarnish bags. Please store jewellery which is not on display in these bags. I promise it will keep the goods looking great for longer.
TITLE OF GOODS
All products remain the property of Lucy Ashton Jewellery until payment has been made in full.
CANCELLATION / RETURNS POLICY
• The buyer has 24 hours in which to inform the seller via phone or email (email will need to have received written confirmation) that they wish to cancel an order.
• After 24 hours of placing the order, if the buyer cancels/returns the order there will be a charge to the buyer of 20% for costs and labour.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.
• Upon receipt of an order, the buyer must check the items immediately, and inform the seller within 24 hours (via phone, email) if there are any damaged items or of an incorrect quantity. After this period the seller will not accept liability.
• The seller will not accept items returned without their original packaging.
Prices are subject to change. Silver is a global commodity which is bought and sold on the stock market every working day and therefore the price can change dramatically over night. The general trend of silver over the last few years has been a steady increase in its value.
Due to fluctuations within the global market of silver, Lucy Ashton Jewellery reserves the right to amend prices as displayed on this website and within the wholesale price list when the need to should arise.
I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). I will not pass on, rent or sell your email address, or any personal information about you, to any third party under any circumstances.
